FAO: GPs, Nurses, PAs, and Pharmacists
This 60 minute workshop, targeted to all clinicians in North East London, aims to explore what Trauma-Informed Care is and how to apply it within a GP setting.
The session will set out to:

Understand what trauma is, and how to spot in, and how to respond to it.

Understand power and privilege, and how to empower those who have experienced trauma in the context of GP practice.

Understand how working with trauma is stretched and pressured system affects us as professionals as well as patients.
