Significant conversations in Practice 6.5 CPD credits
At the end of this course, you will be able to: Identify what scenarios are difficult in practice, summarise blocks and barriers to difficult conversations, summarise facilitative skills to use in difficult conversations, state some strategies for handling different types of difficult conversations, state possible structures to use when breaking bad news.
