
The Health Innovation Network in collaboration with the London Ambulance service are hosting the second GP Learning Network session for GPs who are working in care homes across London.
The next session will take place on 14th of April, from 1:00 to 2:30 pm, via MS Teams.
The meeting of the network will focus on: “What makes a good UCP”
Dr Katherine Buxton, palliative care consultant, and clinical lead for UCP will share her insights on the benefits of a good UCP and we will learn more from the perspective of a GP lead, a care home manager and a paramedic on how UCP improves the lives of residents and what is needed to enable more care home residents get high quality UCPs.
