Join us for this engaging session exploring eating disorders and disordered eating in adults. Designed to increase awareness and understanding, the workshop offers a compassionate introduction to the topic and provides practical insight into how to support those affected.
Delivered by Katharine Lazenby, a trainer with lived experience of eating disorders, the session combines personal perspective with professional knowledge to help make sense of disordered eating and its function for the individual.
