This awareness-level session supports non-clinical staff to recognise sepsis as a medical emergency and act promptly within their role. It focuses on early warning cues, communication, and escalation during telephone or reception contacts, without requiring clinical assessment or diagnosis.
What participants will leave with:

• Confidence identifying red-flag cues during non-clinical interactions
• Clear understanding of escalation and documentation responsibilities
