NHS England will be running the first of two webinars on 17th July to introduce to general practice colleagues and explain what the People Promise is, why it’s important and how it can help them make improvements for staff within their settings.
The impacts from cohorts 1 and 2 will be shared and as part of the agenda, speakers from cohort 2 will discuss the programme methodology and share learning on the impacts from what they did.
This session is aimed at those colleagues with an interest in improving the experience of staff within general practice including Practice Managers, Workforce Leads and Retention Leads. Those from wider roles across primary care who are interested to learn more are also welcome to attend.
