This session supports non-clinical staff who regularly manage telephone contacts with patients. It focuses on gathering appropriate information, managing expectations, recognising red-flag symptoms, and escalating concerns safely without providing clinical advice. Through realistic GP scenarios, participants explore role boundaries, documentation requirements, and consistent approaches to telephone access that support patient safety and service efficiency.
