IKWRO offers essential training sessions designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and tools to recognize, respond to, and support those at risk of violence and harmful practices. Explore how to work with victims/survivors from diverse identities within the global human rights context, understand types of bias, and barriers preventing victims/survivors from reporting. This training highlights the importance of culturally sensitive responses. At the end of this training, you will be able to:

• Understand and recognise diversity,
• Types of barriers victims/survivors from diverse background face and how to overcome them, and
• Refer victims/survivors from diverse backgrounds effectively.
