PGxCoP Webinar: 19th March – 3pm to 4.30pm
Pharmacogenomics plays a key role within the NHS 10 year fit for the future plan and to improve our understanding on how pharmacogenomics can impact services and pathways a North Thames Pharmacogenomics Community of Practice (PGxCoP) has been developed.
This PGx CoP will focus on how pharmacogenomics can be implemented within and across all clinical settings. The focus will be on pharmacogenetics, precision medicine and where relevant ATMPs.
The PGx CoP will have two scopes, the first, on pharmacogenomic implementation and governance, and the second, to develop pharmacogenomic resources, including educational tools to enable implementation and help build local strategies.
The intention for this PGx CoP is to develop an active platform to function as a collaborative multidisciplinary space.
If you are interested in becoming a PGx CoP member, on 19th March 2026 we are hosting a webinar to introducing the PGx CoP, provide an update on where we are with pharmacogenomics and where we are going next, including the aims and ambitions of this network.
