NEL Training Hub is launching an engagement project to build a clearer picture of training and workforce development needs across General Practice in Barking & Dagenham. Building on insights from the NEL Training Hub TNA survey 2025, and our stakeholder workshop in July, we’re inviting practices to join a 90-minute virtual meeting to discuss the learning and development needs of their clinical, non-clinical, and managerial staff.

Each practice will receive a tailored summary report and learning action plan, which will:

• Help establish the learning needs of individual practice staff and will support the appraisal process at your practice
• Provide you with a summary report of training needs and learning action plan for the practice team
• Inform NEL Training Hub future planning and strategy for training and development
