Poster Presentations: Are you delivering innovation in your practice/PCN as an individual or as part of the nursing/practice/PCN team that you would like to showcase at the conference? We are welcoming poster presentations to be displayed at the conference. This is your time to shine and share the innovative practice taking place by Primary Care Nurses across NEL.
