NEL Training Hub has set up an Advanced Practice Community of Practice to bring learners across the system to build a supportive network for advanced practice development.

Purpose of the Community of Practice

The purpose of this CoP is to:

• Foster a collaborative and supportive environment for healthcare professionals undertaking advanced practice.
• Share knowledge, experience, challenges and best practices across disciplines.
• Promote reflective practice, leadership development and person-centred care.
• Support professional development and progression towards advanced practice competencies.
• Encourage interprofessional learning.
• Provide networking opportunities and peer support.
