Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACP) in Pharmacy
The webinar will focus on ACP training opportunities for pharmacists from all perspectives to give a better understanding of the access and commitment required, as well as the support to expect from NHSE WT&E when undertaking the training, and benefits of ACP training. The webinar will showcase the following:
ACP Training Offers for Pharmacists: Overview of ACP, training routes and funding available for pharmacists from NHS England WT&E London Faculty of Advancing Practice.
Learner’s & ACP Role View: Journey of an Advanced Clinical Practice Trainee from Primary Care (TBC) and Secondary Care perspectives.
Employer’s View: Employer’s perspective outlining their role, responsibilities and benefits of ACP training to their organisation.
Training Provider’s View: University’s perspective on requirements of students and NHS Provider organisations, from City, University of London.
