We are pleased to share that the Hypertension and Lipids / CVD Risk Working Groups hosted by the North London Cardiac Operational Delivery Network, and chaired by Dr Marc George, Dr Jai Cegla and Dr Deep Shah, are running a face-to-face education day on 28 April.

Speakers from across North London, and the focus is very much on practical, day-to-day clinical decision making. The programme will cover:

• Clear interpretation of lipid profiles in routine practice
• Identification and management of familial hypercholesterolaemia
• Updates on pharmacological management of lipids
• Practical guidance on blood pressure targets and severe hypertension
• Managing hypertension in frail and older patients
