Join us at Redbridge Town Hall for Creative Health in North-East London symposium on Tuesday 25th February, 1.30-4.30pm.
North-East London (NEL) is home to a vibrant, highly skilled, and impactful creative health sector, with practitioners and organisations working together to improve the health of local people. Much of this work actively supports an integrated neighborhood approach, whilst delivering many of NHS North-East London’s public health priorities, including starting, living, and ageing well.

What is Creative Health?
Creative health refers to cultural approaches and activities which have benefits for our health and wellbeing. This can include visual and performing arts, crafts, film, literature, cooking and creative activities in nature such as gardening. It may involve creative and innovative ways to approach health and care services, co-production, education, and workforce development.
CASE STUDY: Hoxton Creative Health Hub convening local partners including creative health with primary care network, community navigators and social prescribers to raise awareness and to work together to increase referrals.

Our agenda includes opportunities to network, context-setting, testimonials of lived experiences, examples of best practice, and a session exploring next steps in promoting greater partnerships across NEL.
