This session equips General Practice administrative and clerical staff with the knowledge and confidence to support effective care navigation and safe signposting. Participants explore primary care pathways, recognising patient need, and when escalation is required rather than signposting. The training emphasises consistency, equity, and patient safety to support improved access and experience.
