NEL Training Hub is pleased to launch a new portfolio opportunity for clinicians working in Newham who are passionate about shaping the future of neighbourhood-based care.

The Newham Integrated Neighbourhood Team (INT) Locality Lead role has been designed to develop the next generation of clinical leaders in primary care — giving early-career GPs, Nurses, AHPs and Community Practitioners the opportunity to contribute to the design and embedding of Integrated Neighbourhood Teams across one of four Newham localities (North West, North East, South West or South East).

Working at the heart of Newham’s primary care and partnership landscape, you will support the development of person-centred, proactive, and equitable care for the local population — while building your own leadership skills and confidence in a supported, structured role.
