London NPQM Preceptorship Readiness and Support Survey

Survey deadline: Tuesday 3rd February 2026 – 6pm

As the London Region prepares for the launch of the National Preceptorship Quality Mark (NPQM), we are keen to understand where organisations currently feel confident and where additional regional support would be most helpful over the coming months.

This is particularly important while our Preceptorship Quality Mark Lead capacity remains in post until 25 March, allowing us to target support where it will have the greatest impact.

We would therefore be grateful if you could complete this short readiness and support survey, which is based on the most recent draft NPQM criteria (see attached for reference).

The survey:

• Is not an assessment or application
• Requires no evidence
• Will be used to identify common themes and support needs across London
