Are you an experienced nurse looking to pass on your wealth of knowledge and skill? Would you like an opportunity to support another practice nurse?
You will be providing coaching and mentoring to nurses across NEL. Providing your clinical expertise in a range of subjects, supporting best practice and creating a quality learning environment for nurses to enhance their knowledge and skill. You will work as an integral member of the Legacy Nurse Mentor Team to develop appropriate strategies and support for relevant staff and support retention. £35 Per Hour
