HUB LEADS: PRIYA DESAI, FARHANA HUSSAIN
We believe that our workforce is our greatest asset in the NHS and social care.
To provide great care to patients our workforce has to be physically and mentally fit and thriving.
The Wellbeing Hub has been developed to support the wellbeing needs of our workforce in a holistic sense.
We provide many activities, services and resources to support the wellbeing of our diverse workforce in Newham.
We work with local partners and provide; Balint groups, reflection spaces, wellbeing workshops, mindfulness sessions, supporting managers to promoting staff wellbeing, signposting to regional and national services, to name a few.
We are also involved in workforce wellbeing research.
This is a developing hub and many other activities are in the pipeline so do watch this space. If you would like to get involved, or have any suggestions of what wellbeing support you or your colleagues need, please do drop us a line.
Take care of yourself and others,
Dr Imrana Siddiqui, Wellbeing Hub Lead

The KeepingWell Hub is a confidential, safe space where you are able to talk to a trained, wellbeing professional virtually, via email or online chat, who will provide a listening ear and, if needed, signpost or fast track you to other support services. We are open Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm.
If you provide us with your mobile number, we will send you a SMS to confirm the time best to call you back.
