SUMMARY:Venepuncture Training to Newham Primary Care Staff
DESCRIPTION:ELFT NHS Trust & Newham Training Hub is excited to offer Venepuncture training to Newham Primary Care Staff. This training is appropriate as an initial training for staff in primary care settings who are required to undertake venepuncture or staff currently taking blood who are in need of an update. \n\nThe theoretical (T) part of the training is delivered virtually using Zoom.\nPractical training (P) is face to face in a *booked timed 1 hour slot between listed times.\nPlease note that participants will need to arrange supervised practice back at their place of work before they can undertake the skill independently.\n\nTRAINING DAYS\nJuly 2022 Dates\n(T) 14/07/22 from 13:30-16:30 – Virtual via Zoom\n(P) 18/07/22 from 11:00-16:30 – Face to face – pre booked 1 hour slot between these hours at East Ham Care Centre\, Shrewsbury Rd\, London\, E7 8QP\nOctober 2022 Dates\n(T) 06/10/22 from 13:00-16:30 – Virtual via Zoom\n(P) 11/10/22 from 11:00-16:30 – Face to face – pre booked 1 hour slot between these hours at East Ham Care Centre\, Shrewsbury Rd\, London\, E7 8QP\nNovember 2022 Dates\n(T) 24/11/22 from 13:00-16:30 – Virtual via Zoom\n(P) 30/11/22 from 11:00-16:30 – Face to face – pre booked 1 hour slot between these hours at East Ham Care Centre\, Shrewsbury Rd\, London\, E7 8QP \nPlease note that you are required to attend the Theoretical training prior to the supervised practice.
