She has many years’ experience working in different organisations as an HR and employment law specialist and held senior management roles in the private and public sectors\, including the NHS. \n  \nDianne set up her own business\, the Sussex HR Hub\, to bring her own style of HR management to her clients’ businesses. Her style is to focus on what can be done to help you get the most from your staff without over-complicating the issue.
