DESCRIPTION:Baackground \nIn module 3 we focus on what our response as practitioners should be. We start by outlining the National Referral Mechanism (the NRM) and relevant safeguarding processes required when we can considered of trafficking or exploitation\, including considering best practice about how to make these processes work for children. After this we consider ‘what works’ in safeguarding victims of trafficking\, as well as ways to attempt to disrupt trafficking and exploitation. We also consider how we can support victims of trafficking after they have ‘exited’ from their exploitation. \nThis module is relevant for all practitioners who hold cases of vulnerable children in statutory services
