DESCRIPTION:This development series of 90 minute bitesize topics is based on insights and experience drawn from work witha number of Integrated Care Systems across England. It will explore what partnership working looks like acrossteams and different organisations working in health and social care across the statutory sector\, VCSEs andlocal communities. What does this mean for leaders? It is co-designed with input from the NHSLA and localrepresentatives to understand their current challenges and opportunities. \nThe aim is to enhance participants’ capability to think and act as leaders within systems.
