You will register once\, and will be able to use the same account to book all future NEL Training Hub events with this account. \nSigning up is completely free and only takes a few seconds. You and your Manager will receive confirmation of this by email.\n\n\nYou will have an opportunity to appeal\, but please read the DNA Policy – Things that count as a DNA page first.\nIf you have to cancel your place later than 5 full working days prior to the start of the session\, please email nelondonicb.cpd@nhs.net explaining your exceptional circumstances\, and these will be taken into consideration when deciding whether it counts as a DNA.

This webinar will focus on EDI\, sharing best practice and innovation breaking down the barriers to learning as well improving and creating an inclusive workforce. \n \nBeverley Powell EWP EDI Executive Summary and introduction 5mins \n1  Olivia Clarksmith and Maria Reynolds \n \nwill be presenting: \nNETS – a driver for cultural change 15mins \nThe NETS ( National Education and Training Survey) results for diagnostic radiography students\, highlighted poor behaviours related to ethnic minorities and has driven a cultural change.  We will share what actions were taken in response to this feedback\, to improve awareness\, encourage open and transparent discussion and value the workforce supporting our learners\, as well as actions to improve the learner experience. \n2  Laura Clifford and Kerry Woodcock \n            \nwill be presenting : \nBuilding Belonging in Practice Education   15mins \nHighlights how Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust has supported Internationally Recruited Colleagues from onboarding through to professional and career development.
