Each week we will cover a topic to build your confidence for your return to work\, so you can thrive after maternity leave.\n\n\nCourse Aims\nTo boost GPs confidence so that they can plan the return to work that is right for them\, create healthy boundaries so that they can thrive and prevent overwhelm after their return to work\n\n\nLearning Outcomes\n\n\nMaintain your identity through maternity leave and beyond\nBoost and maintain your confidence as a mother and after you return to work\nAs a family unit\, manage your ‘Home Contract’ of chores and mental load in a way that works for you all\nCreate a return to work plan including contingency planning\n\nAchieve your potential post maternity leave and keep your career on track\n\n\nFormat\nEach week delegates will complete an online learning module (c 30 mins work) and then the course leader will facilitate reflection on the week’s topic plus provide coaching support where needed\n\n\nPresenter(s)\nFrances Cushway RCDP\, Managing Director\, The Maternity Coach
