It will cover the rationale for the service\, including improving access to surveillance\, enhancing patient education\, and delivering personalised care. \nThe session will describe the planning process\, multidisciplinary collaboration\, and required training\, while also addressing challenges such as securing resources\, establishing clear referral pathways\, and aligning with governance requirements.
