DESCRIPTION:DESCRIPTION\nELFT NHS Trust & Newham Training Hub is excited to offer Venepuncture/Phlebotomy training to Newham Primary Care Staff. This training is appropriate as an initial training for staff in primary care settings who are required to undertake venepuncture or staff currently taking blood who are in need of an update.\n\nThe theoretical (T) part of the training is delivered virtually using Zoom.\nPractical training (P) is face to face in a *booked timed 1 hour slot between listed times.\nPlease note that participants will need to arrange supervised practice back at their place of work before they can undertake the skill independently.\n\nREGISTRATIONS\nNew to skill\nFor GPNs and HCSW in Newham primary care settings who are new to venepuncture and are/will be required to undertake this skill in practice.
