SUMMARY:Retention in action: The People Promise
DESCRIPTION:Registration: https://www.events.england.nhs.uk/events/retention-in-action-the-people-promise  \nRetention in Action: The People Promise Tools\, Learning\, and Insights from the London & South East Exemplar Trusts \nJoin us on 5th March from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM for a dynamic and inspiring regional event celebrating the success and impact of the People Promise Exemplar Programme across London and the South East. This session will bring together our exemplar trusts\, the national team\, and wider NHS colleagues to showcase the innovative approaches they have adopted\, to embed the People Promise\, drive retention\, and foster a positive workplace culture.  \nThe event will feature powerful case studies\, demonstrations\, and insights into delivering sustainable change\, with a focus on themes such as flexible working\, compassionate and inclusive leadership\, and employee wellbeing. Attendees will gain valuable guidance on implementing these initiatives within their own organisations and learn how to lead their own People Promise journey.  \nWith input from leaders across the system\, and a celebration of achievements from Cohorts 1 and 2 of the People Promise Exemplar Programme\, this is a unique opportunity to explore the programme’s tangible benefits and the opportunities it can provide for cultural transformation. Open to trusts across all sectors—including primary care\, social care\, ambulance\, and mental health services—this event promises to inspire action and collaboration\, helping to shape the future of retention and organisational excellence in the NHS.  \nQuestions about this event?\nName: Exemplar London Team \nEmail: england.londonexemplarprogramme@nhs.net \nTelephone: 07754 481048
