This session will bring together our exemplar trusts\, the national team\, and wider NHS colleagues to showcase the innovative approaches they have adopted\, to embed the People Promise\, drive retention\, and foster a positive workplace culture.  \nThe event will feature powerful case studies\, demonstrations\, and insights into delivering sustainable change\, with a focus on themes such as flexible working\, compassionate and inclusive leadership\, and employee wellbeing.
