Studies have shown that this collaborative approach increases the likelihood of positive behavioural and lifestyle changes\, producing more effective patient self-management\, particularly in long-term conditions. \nThis course has been run for well over a 4\,000 health care professionals over the last ten years. Then join our three-day action packed EQUIP In Action training session! \nThere is the opportunity to either join the training in person\, where you will be able to enjoy the face-to-face interaction with your peers (and tuck into free food and drink)\, or you can join online if more convenient for you. \nYou will need some basic QI knowledge to enrol into the course.
