DESCRIPTION:Open to Community nurses\, AHPs and GPNs in Primary and Community Care in London region \nPlease see enclosed flyer and agenda for the next face to face event of Cancer Community of Practice for primary care and community nursing\, and AHPs. \nWe also welcome specialist cancer nurses and AHPs who would like to work more closely with their primary care and community colleagues. \nThe session will focus on quality improvement.
