Transitioning into a different healthcare system required humility\, resilience\, and adaptability. I faced cultural\, structural\, and professional challenges while navigating new standards and expectations. Through perseverance\, I rebuilt my credibility\, advanced to a senior leadership role\, and contributed to innovative service development and research.
