DESCRIPTION:Click here to book your place now! \nREACTMH® training: 60 minutes session (and is also available as a ‘Train the Trainer’ option) \nWhat is REACTMH®?\nREACTMH® is a tool\, developed by experts from March on Stress\, which aims to help supervisors to have psychologically based supportive conversations with a colleague about their mental health. \nWho should complete REACTMH training?\nREACTMH training is recommended for all managers\, supervisors and team leaders\, but  is especially useful for team members who are dealing with repeated exposure to potentially traumatic events (PTEs) or working in stressful environments. \n  \nWhat are the benefits of REACTMH training?\nThis concise active listening skills training session will enable supervisors to identify\, engage with and support people in their teams who may be struggling with their mental health. The training is designed to improve a supervisor’s confidence in initiating supportive wellbeing conversations. \n  \nWhy is REACTMH training important?\nEvidence shows that managers who receive training in identifying the need for\, and develop the confidence to successfully engage in\, supportive mental health and wellbeing conversations with their team members can reduce the risk of longer-term mental ill health by up to 90%.

The series of webinars are designed to support immunisers to fulfil the requirement for annual immunisation updates and are free to access. The webinar series has been running since September 2018 and a programme has been designed for 2023 incorporating 10 topics focused on the learning needs of immunisers in primary care.  The monthly webinars will begin in March and run until December (excluding August) 2023. We are keen to invite local health and care teams to enhance awareness and understanding of the challenges encountered by asylum seekers and refugees. \nThis training will equip staff with the necessary tools and knowledge to support the integration of asylum seekers into the community. \nDates available: \n\n29th June 2-4pm\n13th July 2-4pm\n\nCLICK HERE TO REGISTER \nAfter a successful pilot session\, The Training Hub is delighted to introduce new dates for the two-hour introductory course on welcoming asylum seekers.
