Preventing Diabetic complications in Primary Care
This interactive workshop focuses on early identification, and effective prevention of diabetes-related complications in primary care settings. It will cover evidence-based guidelines, risk stratification tools, patient-centred care plans, and multidisciplinary strategies to prevent complications such as neuropathy, retinopathy, nephropathy, and cardiovascular disease.
