Motivational Interviewing (MI) training helps practitioners/Link workers develop a person-centred approach to counselling, guiding clients to explore their own motivations for change. It focuses on building rapport, eliciting change talk, and supporting clients in their journey toward desired behaviours. MI training typically covers the four core skills: engaging, focusing, evoking, and planning.

Numbers:  20 participants.

Timings: 9.30 am -4 pm, morning break 10.30/11am, lunch at 12.30,  and afternoon break 2.30pm.
