The meeting is open to all pharmacy professionals working in PCNs and general practices. Your input can help shape the future of this Community of Practice, working collaboratively to enhance patient care and drive workforce transformation across North East London.
Mission Statement
To create a collaborative space where pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and pharmacy assistants working in PCNs and General Practices can connect, share knowledge and develop professionally. Through networking, leadership development, and sharing of best practice, the forum aims to enhance the impact of pharmacy professionals in primary care, improve patient outcomes, and drive workforce transformation sustainability in North East London (NEL).
Objectives:

Sharing good practice and challenges related to pharmacy practice within PCNs and General Practices.
- Foster a strong, supportive pharmacy network across NEL

Support Professional Development by identifying and promoting training, mentorship, leadership and career progression opportunities
- Encourage joint projects, research, and service improvements
- Enable Multisector Collaboration with healthcare professionals across disciplines to promote integrated care
- To provide a safe-environment for staff to discuss topics on which they require support

To promote professional development of all staff groups within pharmacy in collaboration with NEL Pharmacy Workforce Group and other committees
- Provide updates on relevant policies supporting integrated care between sectors
