Your Experience Needed: Contribute to Care Coordinator Role Research
The Health Innovation Network is supporting research led by the Policy Research Unit at King’s College London, which is exploring the purpose and implementation of the care coordinator role. They are seeking to interview staff members who have been involved in introducing this role or working alongside care coordinators. Please note, they do not currently need to speak with care coordinators themselves.Interview Details:
- Duration: 30–45 minutes (up to a maximum of 60 minutes)
- Conducted virtually and fully confidential
- Scheduled at a time convenient for participants over the next couple of months
- Participants will receive a participant information sheet and consent form prior to the interview
- Questions will focus on the role’s impact on colleagues, managers, and service users, as well as recruitment and training for the role
Participants will receive a Participation in Research Certificate and will contribute to vital knowledge supporting these evolving roles within the health and care system.
