We are Recruiting NEL Multi Professional Clinical Leadership Team Members

An excellent opportunity for being part of the NEL Training Hub Multi Professional Clinical Leadership Team. We are looking for multi professional individuals with leadership experience, who can work effectively across organisational boundaries, who have knowledge of Training Hubs and the primary care workforce development agenda with ideas to improve processes and outcomes for patients through education and training.

Based in the NEL Training Hub the multi professional clinical leads will work with wide range of stakeholders including GP practices, primary care networks, federations, and wider primary care partnerships locally and in NEL. They will be working with Workforce Education and Training Directorate at NHSE, other NHSE colleagues closely to advance NEL Training Hub priorities and programmes.

They will:

  • Work with key stakeholders and ensure their continued engagement and involvement to the NEL Training Hub activities taking an active approach with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to support the workforce.
  • Attend relevant local and regional meetings, appropriate Board and Operational groups.
  • Provide leadership for agreed NEL wide and locality activities.
  • Work as part of the NEL Training Hub Multiprofessional Clinical Leadership team and support the NEL Training Hub Integrated Team to achieve the goals of the NEL Training Hub.
  • Input into the formulation and oversight of policies and procedures.
  • Champion NEL Training Hub and the professional group they represent.
  • Respond to workforce and education transformational work-streams in conjunction with London Primary Care School and the NEL ICB.

The role will be 1 session per week. The appointment will be for a year with a possibility to extend, subject to annual review. It is essential that the applicants are working in North East London.
